Our Founder's Story
Divergent Consumer Services was born out of a personal fight for justice and stability. When founder Jasir Ali’s grandmother faced foreclosure, he stepped in to protect her home and discovered just how little homeowners knew about their rights. That experience became the foundation of a lifelong mission: to stand with families in financial crisis and give them the tools, knowledge, and strategies to take back control.
With more than 15 years as a consumer rights advocate, Jasir has helped dozens of families extend their time in their homes, save thousands of dollars, and begin repairing their credit. His approach blends professional expertise with compassion because he knows firsthand the stress, fear, and uncertainty foreclosure can bring.
